Responsibilities
- Architect and implement novel neural network architectures targeting the 2026 AGI milestone.
- Lead the research and development of autonomous agent frameworks capable of complex multi-step reasoning.
- Optimize model inference for real-time applications on high-performance hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish internal best practices for data privacy, safety, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, reinforcement learning, and multimodal learning.
- Track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
