Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure frameworks aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the migration of legacy workloads to modern cloud-native AI environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model training and inference pipelines.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and security compliance.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies to prepare for 2026 trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or systems design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience with MLOps and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
