Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures that integrate seamlessly with quantum processing units.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on next-gen algorithms, machine learning efficiency, and quantum error correction.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI infrastructure, from cloud deployment to on-premise high-performance computing clusters.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical roadmaps that align with company goals for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and 1+ year in quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex systems and innovate under pressure.
