Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and Quantum integration, specifically focusing on milestones leading up to and beyond 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of leveraging hybrid classical-quantum processing power.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in advanced ML algorithms, federated learning, and quantum error correction mitigation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with leading quantum hardware providers and cloud ecosystem vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and integrating them into viable product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences.
