You will not be maintaining legacy systems; you will be inventing the architecture that defines them.
Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid systems capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI evolution, ensuring alignment with future-proof industry standards.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate novel algorithms and infrastructure patterns using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud ecosystems, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML and quantum computing paradigms.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-disciplinary problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
