As a Senior AI/Quantum Hybrid Engineer (2026 Vision), you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and next-generation quantum computing architectures. You will be responsible for designing scalable algorithms that solve complex problems in the year 2026 and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Solutions: Design and implement hybrid AI models that leverage both classical and quantum computing resources to optimize computational efficiency.
- Algorithm Development: Develop proprietary algorithms for complex optimization problems, focusing on low-latency and high-throughput performance.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore new quantum error correction techniques applicable to AI workloads.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processors with traditional neural network frameworks to create seamless multi-modal systems.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor, tune, and scale systems to ensure reliability in high-demand production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in quantum computing or quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional problems with a strong focus on scalability and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
