Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures that integrate quantum computing capabilities.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead projects in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
- Optimization Strategy: Implement cutting-edge algorithms to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of our neural networks.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring alignment with global safety standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML and Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical proposals to non-technical stakeholders.
