Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically focusing on Transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines for latency and cost efficiency, ensuring high availability in production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, robustness, and explainability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision concepts.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of publishing research or deploying impactful AI products.
