Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, hallucination rates, and ethical alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into consumer products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer models.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
