Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Innovation: Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for production environments, focusing on latency reduction, accuracy improvement, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into market-ready solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Specialization: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
