Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Research and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
