Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision for the 2026 roadmap.Optimize model inference for edge devices and cloud environments to ensure low latency and high throughput.Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core products.Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the organization.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade machine learning systems.Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.Strong understanding of MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.Demonstrated ability to translate complex research papers into practical, deployable code.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
