Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead architectural decisions for our core AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in Generative AI and LLMs.
- Optimize models for low-latency inference in production environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with 5+ years in a relevant role.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
