Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python and PyTorch.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision techniques.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model versioning, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working with NLP, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
