Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead development of AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and custom frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance optimization for deployed models
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model validation
- Research and implement novel techniques in deep learning and reinforcement learning
- Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems at scale
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Published research or open-source contributions in ML/AI
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
