Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and drive AI product features.
- Optimize and scale existing ML pipelines for production environments, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Translate complex business problems into mathematical and algorithmic solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (4+ years of relevant industry experience may substitute).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and NLP techniques.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
