What You'll Do:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive the innovation roadmap towards our 2026 goals.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines that support high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning with the company's 2026 vision and long-term strategic objectives.
- Model Optimization: Continuously research, develop, and optimize deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring security, compliance, and high availability using MLOps best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Specialization: Proven expertise in at least one domain such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.
- Cloud & Tools: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
