Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Edge Computing to push the boundaries of current technology.
- Optimize Data Pipelines: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines that power real-time decision-making engines.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting advanced technical workshops.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leadership to define technical roadmaps that align with the company's 2026 vision.
- Model Governance: Ensure all deployed AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA; deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing and deploying solutions on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize legacy systems for modern workloads.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
