Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and predictive analytics engines.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Implement robust data pipelines and MLOps strategies to ensure model reliability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct research into emerging AI architectures to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubernetes, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision principles.
