We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of our 2026 roadmap. This role is critical in defining the next generation of intelligent systems. You will be at the forefront of innovation, building scalable machine learning models that will power our products for the future.
What You Will Do:
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for production environments.
- Drive the research and implementation of Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines for high-performance, low-latency systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Conduct research to push the boundaries of AI capabilities in 2026.
- Ensure data integrity and model accuracy through rigorous testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP is highly preferred.
