Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents optimized for enterprise use cases.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for high-volume production environments using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI implementation to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and mentorship of junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
