- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, including transformers and diffusion models.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference systems to reduce latency and increase throughput for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing cutting-edge research findings from top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into practical solutions.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or AI engineering roles.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying models to production environments with CI/CD practices.
