Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess large-scale datasets and improve model accuracy.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency inference in real-time applications.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Present technical findings and architectural decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
