Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Algorithm Optimization: Research and implement advanced algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reduce latency in production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate ML pipelines into CI/CD workflows and ensure cloud-native scalability.
- Data Strategy: Partner with data scientists to define data requirements and ensure high-quality data ingestion and processing.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively assess emerging technologies and trends to ensure our architecture remains relevant through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
