Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and model validation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve performance and reduce latency in real-time systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex AI projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade machine learning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
