- Research Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large models for performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing applications seamlessly.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Infrastructure: Work closely with DevOps to ensure model availability, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning or NLP.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with or implementing LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical algorithms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
