Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems to support high-volume AI training and inference workloads.
- Optimize existing infrastructure to reduce latency and improve resource utilization for large language models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML researchers to translate algorithmic needs into efficient software solutions.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy monolithic architectures into microservices.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement encryption protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in backend engineering, software development, or systems architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in high-performance computing environments.
- Expert knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed databases, message queues, and real-time data processing technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, load balancing, and system scalability principles.
