Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI adoption and integration across all business units.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and executive teams on long-term goals.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for future projects and measure progress against the 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with external partners and thought leaders to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Predict potential risks and challenges in the 2026 landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading long-term (3-5 year) strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future tech trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
