Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformer architectures or quantum neural networks
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in federated learning, differential privacy, and AI safety protocols
