Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI integration and scalable infrastructure in preparation for the 2026 market shift.
- Lead the design of microservices and cloud-native architectures, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines).
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to evaluate emerging technologies and determine their feasibility for integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent AI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
