Responsibilities

- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model training pipelines, reduce latency, and improve the efficiency of our neural network architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure our AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale, with a strong understanding of microservices and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
