Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for the 2026 era.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the engineering strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, collaborating with product managers and C-level executives to define technical vision.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product designers, and security experts to integrate AI seamlessly into the user experience.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and ensure high availability, security, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
