Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and LLM architectures optimized for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating AI agents into core business workflows, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to meet 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models and managing large-scale datasets.
- Strong grasp of LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
