Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, next-generation AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for 2026 technological milestones.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all deployed solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of predictive models to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
