Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with regulators, industry coalitions, and civil society organizations
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance with evolving standards
- Drive policy development for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record in bias mitigation and fairness assessment for ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies (LLMs, autonomous systems, quantum computing)
- Experience developing ethics training programs for technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or peer-reviewed conference presentations
