Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (3+ years of industry experience required).
- Extensive experience with Python, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and model versioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
