Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning depending on the specialization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
