Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Models: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune large language models and generative AI systems for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Build Scalable Pipelines: Develop robust MLOps infrastructure to deploy models to production environments with zero downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into core products.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including reinforcement learning and multi-modal AI, and apply them to our roadmap.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of transformer models and attention mechanisms.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
