Your Impact:
You will architect and deploy robust machine learning pipelines, ensuring our models are not only accurate but also scalable and secure. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define AI requirements and solutions.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation and A/B testing to drive performance improvements and ensure model reliability.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our production systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
