Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data pipeline architecture to model serving.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost while maintaining high accuracy benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and contribute to our internal tech blog.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
