Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models for complex, real-world scenarios.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Optimize neural network performance for edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of hardware engineers and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deep Learning and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering high-impact production systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
