Responsibilities
- Model Architecture & Deployment: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Build robust MLOps pipelines to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable for future updates.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Agentic AI and Multimodal learning, aligning with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all models adhere to strict bias mitigation, safety, and privacy standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and increase accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, with proven experience in deep learning libraries (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Data Science.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
