Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems optimized for 2026 standards.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-scale production environments and low-latency requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, ethics, and bias mitigation in AI models.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping complex machine learning products to market.
