Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models at scale.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to pioneer new algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate research into real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
