Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability, speed, and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement them in production environments.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact software products.
