Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable AI/ML models using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into consumer applications.
- Establish and maintain MLOps best practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformers, LLMs, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
