Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure for high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
