Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments, focusing on LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and accuracy using TensorFlow and PyTorch to ensure real-time performance.
- Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI models via Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into client-facing products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- R&D: Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
- DevOps: Experience deploying models to production and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
