Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning pipelines and infrastructure for scalable deployments.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to practical challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex ideas clearly.
