Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models, with a focus on NLP and Deep Learning architectures.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing novel algorithms to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Production Engineering: Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-volume production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership on best practices in AI/ML engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of MLOps, model versioning (MLflow), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
